Creation of the marketing concept for den sale of exclusive condominiums in the centre of the rapidly developing western part of Zurich: Off-plan sale in the highly competitive high-price segment to an extremely demanding cliental, as well as purchaser support in cooperation with miscellaneous service providers during the entire construction phase.

Initial renting of apartments and commercial space in city4. The project included comparatively high-priced rental apartments in a neighbourhood that is to a certain degree still struggling with its attractiveness as a residential area. However, with only a little targeted advertising, well over 100 inquiries had already been received before the start of marketing.

Initial renting of apartments, sale, service, and office space in the new district amRietpark in Schlieren. Through regional marketing, as well as electronic media and classical advertising material, both private and semi-private service providers were addressed, who raise the allure of the building project.

Basic information: 50 rental apartments, about 16,000 sq.m selling space, 400 sq.m service area, 600 sq.m office space. Completion: April 2012

Limmatfeld, Dietikon (building plots A+B)

Initial renting of apartments, industrial and office space of the projects "Westhöfe" and "Lindenhof" in Limmatfeld, Dietikon. Addressing an urban public (singles and families) through broadly conceived, creative communication efforts. With model apartments, it was possible to experience the flexible room layouts and the floor plans custom-tailored to the target group.

Basic information: 212 rental apartments, industrial and office space. Completion: October 2011.
